A great deal of work is occurring right next to this active Red Tail Hawk's nest. There is no supervision to ensure that the nest is not damaged or compromised as the work is carried out. Please ensure that the hawk's nest remain unharmed and protected from any damage or debris which may affect the productivity of the nest for the next season.

To the relevant authorities at the DEC Region II:

Please be aware that over the past week or so that major scaffolding has been installed on the front and sides of the building at 927 Fifth Avenue. The scaffolding has enveloped an active red tailed hawks' nest which is located on the east face arch above the middle window of the 12th (uppermost) floor.

is known to be uncaring and malicious toward this nest and should be warned not to interfere with the structure in case they once again plead ignorance of it's existence and it's activity.
