This sort of thing may be excusable in a Third World country but not in a city which likes to consider ourselves developed and advanced. It's this sort of irresponsible behavior that leads to the suffering of our precious wildlife. This garbage comes from the residents of the 79th Street Marina and also from the nearby Boat Basin Restaurant.
