  This is an everyday occurence in Manhattan. You would hardly believe that we do have an agency called the NYC DEP (Department of Environmental Protection). But like the NYS DEC and the NYPD and all other government agencies they are afraid to tackle the people who live in these buildings. They also barely address the common pollution on the street. It is just much easier for all these well paid agencies to do nothing while the city gets filthier and filthier. |
