Our young Riverside Park baby spent Tuesday evening in the company of many playful little raindrops.
The DOT agreed to install new Speed Limit signs on the Henry Hudson Parkway.
It seemed like every little raindrop wanted a chance to play with him and run down his face and snuggle up on his tummy.
