Dear Sir,

I am hoping to find the kind photographer from palemale.com who gave my daughters each a picture of a red-tailed hawk - and let them look through your high power scope. My older daughter, Alyssa, was an amputee. We were there in Central Park on December 13th on a wish trip arranged by a friend.

She loved that picture - and wanted to say thank you.

Alyssa had suffered from osteosarcoma, a rare and aggressive bone cancer, that did not respond to any conventional or alternative treatment. Our hearts break beyond words. . . because she passed away yesterday.

I had been meaning to try and find you just to say thank you with her - but now I do so for her. Your kindness that day to a child who had suffered greatly mattered to us.

Thank you. We wish you every blessing with your photography.

Sincerely,
Lynn Divers

Please pray for my daughter, Alyssa, who is fighting a rare and aggressive bone cancer called osteosarcoma. http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/alyssadivers.

My dear sweet Alyssa,

Maybe it's was for you that my cat died two months ago to prepare for your coming. If so, I can now feel at ease that he left me just so he could be with you.

I wish I was able to spend some more time with you, but the short time I had will be cherished forever.

I will continue to do whatever I can to help stop all the bad chemicals we adults create which robs so many innocent children like you of the long, beautiful and healthy lives you deserve.

Please know that if you were able to inspire me in the few minutes that I met you that you most certainly inspired all the other people in your life with your courage and loving energy, so the world will be a better place because of you.

I bless the day I met you.

Your friend in life and death,

Lincoln.

This is probably the picture I gave to Alyssa's sister.
