Dear Sir Madam:

I am reaching out to you to see if you can offer a solution to help Central Park manage their rat population without adversely affecting the wildlife that thrive in the area.

I am concerned over the continual loss of our precious raptors which fall victim to the secondary effects of rat poisoning.

I may be able to supply areas of concern and cases of tragedy for you to study and help us reduce the chances of mishaps in the future.
