Dear Sir:
Central Park's maintenance vehicles must be replaced with more environmentally suitable ones. Presently the vehicles are in a horrible state and are all poorly maintained.
The vehicles produce a terrible stench and pollute the park.
Everyone remarks about the unbearable stench these vehicles produce when one is encountered.
I heard that you tried to introduce electric vehicles but there was an issue with charging time. I am sure this issue can be solved if the problem is presented to engineering students at NYU or Columbia. I will suggest that if this is indeed a problem something can be worked out where during the course of a work shift the vehicles can be parked by a light pole and plugged in while the maintenance worker does foot work.
Any problem can be solved if you are determined to find an answer.
