I devoted Thursday evening to look for Palemale & Lola so I never expected to see a Stinker in Central Park.

But there he was sitting comfortably at the children's playground at 76th Street & Fifth Avenue--right smack in the middle of Palemale & Lola's living room.

I looked at him and he looked at me.

We stared hard at each other...

"Stinker, is that you?" I asked.

"Fathead, 'at you?" he replied.

Isn't it wonderful that you just happened to be on that tree just as my tired eyes gazed over there.

I cannot say with any certainty who this young fellow is, but he's a baby just like our beloved friend in Riverside Park. So for the few precious moments I had with him on Thursday evening I relived happily all his beautiful adventures over the last few months and it made me feel like I know this little Stinker and felt privileged to tell him that it was time for him to take a bath.
