It's sightings like this that reminds me, and consoles me, that there is something much more powerful than corrupt government agencies<br> that possess the true control of everything around us. Although I often get frustrated that things are going awry in the hands of my<br> fellow man, I am comforted that this little smile can only have been made in Heaven.
